Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Almost everything is delivered automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment.

Do I need to be online to receive my purchase?

Some packages are only delivered while you are on the server. Join and wait a minute after paying.

My purchase has not arrived. What do I do?

Wait a few minutes and reconnect. If it is still missing, open a ticket on Discord with your Tebex transaction ID.

Which payment methods can I use?

Cards, PayPal and more than 45 local methods through Tebex. The full list appears at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final. Opening a chargeback or dispute results in a permanent ban.

How do gift cards work?

Buy a gift card from the Gift Cards page. The code arrives by email and can be used at checkout by anyone.

I typed the wrong username. Can it be moved?

Purchases cannot be moved between accounts, so always check your username before paying.

I play on Bedrock. How do I log in?

Pick Bedrock Edition in the login window and type your gamertag. The store adds the right prefix for you.

Send us your username and Tebex transaction ID and we will sort it out.
